This place--food is so very fresh, toppings are abundant, person at the counter was so friendly, kind, and hospitable. So glad we've got this level of quality in the '13 these days. Highly recommend.

The establishment is clean and a cozy space. To get to it I would drive to the back of Sonoco vs. following Google maps. I think their prices are fair and the food quality is good. The turn around time for a pick up order (what I did) is quick and accurate. I would go back again.

Delicious food! So fresh and flavorful. Love the option of build your own bowl. Would like to come back to try other options.

For poke bowl I can say they are not skimpy on the rice like some places. All the items look sooo fresh too. Even the tuna looks super fresh and plump!! It's very clean inside and lots of tables to set and eat. I will defer come back for a healthy meal here. I use to go to the one on Huguenot but this is my new favorite.

We drive by this place all the time and finally stopped in. You order on a kiosk which I thought was nice- it's a low pressure way to be able to look at all the ingredient options. I got a ramen and my partner got a poke bowl. Ramen: Really good broth and good quality meat! I thought everything was cooked nicely, went down great, and tasted good. Although it's probably not the best I've ever had, I would order this again. Poke: My partner was very satisfied with the quality of ingredients, although we agreed with the other reviews that say it's very sauce heavy. He liked it a lot, but if that's not your preference, maybe get sauce on the side and serve your own amount! The owner was working and was super nice, we ended up chatting after we ate! There's a huge parking lot which is also a nice bonus.

Ok, so bit nervous heading in, but this place is SUPER clean and has very comfortable seating. The build your own Ramen and Poke is a fantastic idea! We ordered Gyoza and Cha-Shu Pork Buns for an appetizer. Everything came expertly prepared and very fresh. The hostess wears multiple hats but was very friendly and helpful to our kids who have not had "real" ramen before, explaining the options to them. 10/10 would go again.

I have since fallen in love with there being a poke bowl place around Midlothian. Twenty years ago, there wasn't more than a Chinese place in terms of Asian food and that's not even real Chinese food! I ordered one for take out and the second for delivery. I was definitely disappointed with my first order. I paid extra for extra salmon but I actually got such a small amount, I didn't think it was even the regular amount. So a few days later, I ordered a delivery order just to test out the amount of Salmon. I ordered the same thing and this time, I got more than double the amount of Salmon. I was thinking about calling in about the first order but I always give a place three chances so I didn't. The fish is fresh, the veggies are fresh, and their presentation is pretty. Even though they didn't get my first order right, the second order was very good. I've tried them out a third time recently and it mirrored the second order so I'm super happy. 9/10 would recommend!!!

So my husband and I didn't want to cook one night last week, and as always I crave ramen. Saw this pop up on Door Dash, so we door dashed some ramen. The packaging is great. We both got the Tonkatsu Ramen. I thought the ingredients and soup were pretty good. I'm not sure I love the use of egg noodles typically used for Traditional Chinese Wonton Soup, but I would still say I think the broth was very tasty. The eggs could've been more soft boiled too. I would say Takara in Westchester Common's eggs are better and Blue Fish's mabo ramen is still my favorite (in Brandermill area). Regardless it's nice to have another option on this side of town and I look forward to try the poke bowls! I would also try another Ramen maybe the kimchi!
